PURA PINE FLOAT

VOC 850; USDA C1; Greenline

Pura Pine Float is an environmentally safe, non-toxic, highly purified, non-emulsifiable pine terpene solvent which offers similar solvency, characteristics and applications to Pura Orange Float.

Pura Pine Float is a ready to use grease trap treatment -- extends the time between pumpings of grease and sludge from traps. Contains no petroleum distillates, caustic, or acid. Replaces obnoxious odors with pleasant orange fragrance. Non-polluting and non-corrosive. Floats on water. Apply one pint to one quart per day down drain or by pouting directly into grease trap.

Pura Pine Float dissolves grease where it occurs -- floating on top of the water in the grease trap.  in addition to dissolving grease at the surface of the trap, it offers a pleasant, aromatic orange odor counteracting layer through which odors must pass and consequently are neutralized.  Pura Pine Float contains no caustics, acids, petroleum distillates, chlorinated hydrocarbons or aromatic solvents.

Pura Pine Float has proved to an exceptional product in the treatment of grease traps ranging from small units in the kitchen to large outdoor grease traps hooked in sequence.  Proper use of Pura Pine Float greatly reduces the number of times a grease trap must be pumped out.

Pura Pine Float keeps grease fluid in wet wells or lift stations.  Pura Pine Float floats on top of the water and moves up and down as the water level changes in the wet well, cleaning the walls of the wet well in the process.  Pura Pine Float can also be used in waste water facilities to keep grease fluid.

DIRECTIONS:

For Grease Traps: For optimum results in treating a 1,000 gallon grease trap, it is best to pump the grease trap before treatment.  Treat initially with 2-4 gallons of Pura Pine Float, then treat daily with 1-3 pints depending on load.  Pura Pine Float may be added manually or by pump on a daily basis.

For Lift Stations: Calculate amount required using the following formulas:

For cylindrical wet wells: Multiply 2.14 by the radius squared (radius is 1/2 diameter and must be expressed in feet) by the desired depth of Pura Pine Float (depth must be in feet).  Multiply answer by 7.5 gallons/cu. ft. to convert from cubic feet to gallons.  A depth of 3-4 inches ( of Pura Pine Float is usually required in wet well situations.  Replenish as needed to keep the grease liquid.

For rectangular shaped wet wells: Multiply the length times the with times the depth of the desired Pura Pine Float layer (all expressed in feet).   Multiply answer by 7.5 gallons/cu ft. to convert from cubic feet to gallons.   A depth of 3-4 inches (0.25 ft-0.33 ft) of Pura Pine Float is usually required in wet well situations.  Replenish as needed.
