PURA LUMABRITE

Pura Lumabrite is a especially formulated liquid, low-foaming acid CIP cleaner for brightening aluminum and stainless steel. Removes limescale, beerstone, milkstone, and other forms of corrosion build up and proteinaceous soil. Use one quart per 25 gallons of water. Should be used at least once a week to complement Alkaline CIP cleaning. Contains Phosphoric acid.
DIRECTIONS
For CIP systems and Pasteurizers: pre-rinse system with warm water (not over 100ºF) to remove all visible residue immediately after use. add two quarts of Pura Lumabrite for every 50 gallons of water in the system. Maintain wash solution at 140ºF to 160ºF and circulate for 10 to 15 minutes. Brush all parts not coming in contact with circulating solution. Rinse system with fresh, warm, potable water.
For general surface cleaning: Use one pint to three gallons of warm water. apply to surface with a brush, scrub, rinse thoroughly with potable water.
