PURA DEEP FRYER CLEANER
Pura Deep Fryer Cleaner is an environmentally safe, non-toxic, concentrated liquid containing a special blend of cleaners designed for cleaning deep fryers and keep units operating efficiently. Helps produce better food and prolongs life of shortening.
Regularly scheduled cleanings with Pura Deep Fryer Cleaner make each cleaning much easier. Pura Deep Fryer Cleaner destroys grease and caked soils in minutes for easy rinse-off.
Cleaning procedure is simple: Drain old shortening. fill with water. Add 1 pint of Pura Deep Fryer Cleaner for each 5 gallon capacity. (If fryer capacity rated in pounds of shortening, use one pint for each 30 pounds of fryer capacity). Set temperature control below boiling. Let stand. Drain. Regular cleanings reduce "treatment" time to minutes. Heavily soiled and neglected fryers take longer.
