Dairy Equipment
The dairy industry converts cow milk to many different types of products including Ice cream, cheese, cream or homogenized milk. The processing involved requires various pieces of expensive machinery and equipment. As with other food areas, great care must be taken to be sure that the correct cleaners and lubricants are used in dairy equipment.
