Use of these products results in substantial savings for the end user while protecting the equipment, and allows industries to meet and often exceed environmental regulations.  

Our products help to produce cleaner fuels. Clean fuels burn more thoroughly and evenly in engines and / or furnaces resulting in cleaner emissions, equipment life extension and greater savings.

Fuel Catalysts (liquid additive) for Gasoline, Diesel, Fuel Oil and Bunker C, and Gasoline/lube mixture for 2 cycle engines.

ProTec’s fuel catalysts PT-Gas, PT- Diesel, PT- Oil and PT-Vle are designed for use in fuel blending and refining. Fuel distributors can either sell our products directly to their clients or already blended in the fuel. End-users can blend the catalysts in the fuel without the need for special equipment.

PT-Gas is added to the gasoline finished product to substantially improve combustion, reduce emissions and fuel consumption. Most emission tests on cars using gasoline treated with PT-Gas (depending on the original quality of the fuel being used) show zero emissions. As carbon deposits in the combustion chamber are inhibited and the quantity of sediments in the fuel drastically reduced, the abrasive effect is virtually eliminated, thus extending the life of the engine. Higher results can be expected in fuel reduction and equipment life expectancy when the catalyst is used in combination with our anti-friction compounds. In addition PT-Gas has anti-icing  and smoke suppressant properties.

PT-Gas can be used in sub-zero as well as sub-tropical conditions.

PT-10515G - Octane Booster

PT-10515G Octane Booster has some of the outstanding properties of PT-Gas and is used to substitute TEL, MTBE and MMT. Dosage, rate and magnitude of the increase depends on the source of crude and the gasoline production method (straight run, catalytically cracked). It also provides the necessary valve lubrication capability needed in older engines.

PT- Diesel has the same properties as PT-Gas. PT- Diesel is also used to stabilize, and clean fuel made with recycled waste oil, kerosene and diesel # 2.

PT- Oil has the same properties as PT-Gas and PT- Diesel, and is also used to reduce or eliminate impurities present in heavy fuel oil. As a result, the cleaner fuel obtained greatly improves combustion and reduces emissions. PuraFuel Oil is used in Maritime, Power Plants and Industrial applications.

PT-Vle - PuraVle

PT-Vle is added to regular two-cycle engine fuel mix to substantially improve combustion so that toxic emissions released into the atmosphere are significantly reduced with major savings in fuel consumption and equipment maintenance.

PT-5500 is a highly effective sludge remover that is also used to recover oil that otherwise would be dumped. The recovered oil can be pumped from the surface, and then blended to HFO to make a high quality fuel with improved combustion characteristics.
